Would my magazine be priced or Free?

I would like my magazine to be priced but not for to much money because I wouldn't have thought people would be very interested as they can see whats happening with artists on the internet , but because it is priced it would include free codes to upload music to there ITunes. Also there would be digital subscriptions so iPad editions, interactive magazines and codes published in physical title that unlock extra content online.
